Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with ReplayCore. This Refund Policy describes the circumstances under which we issue refunds for subscription purchases.

2. Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if you request one within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase and have not made substantial use of the Service. Substantial use is defined as storing more than 10 replays or making more than 100 API requests.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at billing@replaycore.io with your order details and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 5 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds: subscription renewals after the first billing cycle; add-on purchases; and usage charges for exceeding plan limits.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider.

6. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly.
